Fortuity Cellars has a full weekend of festivities planned!
Friday Evening Event:
Kick off Rosé Revolution Weekend with Fortuity’s annual Fête en Blanc (Party in White). The festivities begin Friday, June 27 at 6 pm with paella, live music and the release of their 2023 Vin Blanc, their white Rhône blend.
Ticket includes two glasses of Fortuity wine (or local beer or nonalcoholic sparkling water), paella (seafood, chicken and sausage) by Crafted Yakima, gratuities and live music by Kyle James and The Hay Dogs! In addition to the new release 2023 Vin Blanc, all Fortuity wines will be available, including their Rosé of Cinsault, which pairs perfectly with paella!
*Paella is gluten and dairy free. A vegetarian/vegan option available upon request.

Rosé is not revolutionary at Paradisos del Sol, as their first wine production was a rosé. Since their beginning in 2000, they’ve created dry, barrel-fermented, barrel-aged rosés, a very traditional style for centuries. They’re proud to be “slow producers,” with no wines fewer than two years old. For the weekend, they’ll present their 2020 vintage from grapes grown with zero pesticides. As always, they’ll offer the perfect pairing with a small bite plate. The bite for the Rosé Paradiso will be their signature, vegan Mushroom Pâté. Open daily 11 am to 6 pm; no tasting fee

Join Tanjuli Winery for Rosé Revolution weekend with the official debut of Monster Rosé under their Mission Mountain Winery Legacy Label. They wrestled it away from the Flathead Monster, giving you the chance to quench your desire for this rare pink gem. They’ll have available the last of their Estate Rosè, a full bodied dry rosè made by percolating Viognier through their Pinot Noir pressings. Tasting fee is $10 for four samples (including rosés ), waived with purchase of any three bottles.

How did usual, Old World wines arrive in Rattlesnake Hills of the Yakima Valley? Tanjuli celebrates wine as a labor of love and attention to detail, the magical synergies of old and new, and the camaraderie and small joys of winemaking. Today, the Tanjuli vineyard consists of Pommard Pinot Noir, Lampia Nebbiolo, Carménère, Mourvèdre, Aglianico, Sagrantino, Teroldego, Viognier, Picpoul Blanc, Orange Muscat and Black Muscat. Each small block of grapes is meticulously managed from vine to bottle, resulting in exceptional wines that are at once old and new, imaginative and familiar, rare and remarkable.

Founded in 2021 by Andrew Gerow, Gabriel Crowell, and Matthew Doutney, three graduates of Washington State Universities Viticulture & Enology program. Their name, Tirriddis, comes from Tirage, Riddle, and Disgorge – the three steps to naturally produce sparkling wines. Celebrate Rosè Revolution Weekend with the official debut of two rosès, the 2023 Sabbatical Rosè and 2024 Paradise Rosè. Tastings will include a specialty white flight featuring both rosès, the 2024 Impulse - Orange Muscat (Skin fermented, orange style wine), and the 2024 Lazy River (Riesling/Muscat blend).
