Paul, the Man in the Wild Pants, has been hosting Spring Barrel Tastings since 1985. Now that they’ve stopped wine production to prepare to retire, they don’t have anything in barrels. But, they are having an extensive library tasting all weekend to celebrate Spring Barrel. Start by exploring some myths: 1) White wines don’t age and 2) Red wine keeps getting better. Then, answer some questions: 1) What is the best time to drink a wine? and 2) Do I prefer young, middle-aged, or old wine?

As always, a plate with tiny morsels is provided to explore how their wines are meant to be another food on your table. After the micro seminar, they’ll offer a micro 9-course winemaker tasting, featuring nine tiny bites of food to go with 9 different wines. Check out the tasting lineup details!
